Q: How long until my order is processed and shipped?
A: All items are made-to-order via Printify. Production typically takes 2–7 business days after your order is submitted, depending on factors like time of year and availability. After production, shipping times vary:

Economy: from ~USD 3.99; 4–8 business days (U.S. only)

Standard: from ~USD 4.75; 2–5 business days (U.S.), 10–30 business days (international)

Priority: delivery in 2–3 business days (domestic), 3–5 days (international), with adjustable pricing

Express: around USD 7.99 + ~$2.40 per additional item; production & delivery in ~2–3 business days—eligible for select products like Bella+Canvas 3001 and Gildan 5000 tees.
Q: Do I need to worry about production delays?
A: Yes. Production may be delayed due to low stock, quality checks, or large orders. If your item hasn’t shipped within 7 business days, contact us and we’ll follow up with Printify.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can cancel or modify your order only before it enters production. Once it’s “In Production,” changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
A: Because each item is custom-printed on demand, we do not support returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll work with Printify to offer you a free reprint or refund (no return required).
Q: What if the order is lost or never arrives?
A: You’re eligible for a refund of the product price if the item never arrives or is returned to sender due to an invalid address—just reach out and we’ll assist.
